Jamieson & Smith Thrift Hat Pattern

Thrift Hat kit by Outi Kater, the word 'thrift' comes from Old Norse, meaning prosperity. Thrift is also another name for sea pink, a small plant growing in abundance on the sea cliffs and shores of Shetland.

Materials

Jamieson & Smith 2 Ply Jumper Weight – 100% Real Shetland Wool (115m/125yds/25g ball)

Yarn A – Shade 21: 1 x 25g ball

Yarn B – Shade FC47: 1 x 25g ball

Yarn C – Shade 2: 1 x 25g ball

Yarn D – Shade 9097: 1 x 25g ball

You will also need:

2.75mm (UK12/US2) short DPNs, set of five, or your preferred needles for working small diameters in the

round, or size required to obtain tension

Stitch markers or waste yarn

Tapestry needle

Small amount of card or a pompom maker for making the pompom

Sizing

To fit average adult head 52-57cm/ 20.5-22.5in

Actual circumference at brim 52cm/ 20.5in

Collection times are from Tuesday to Saturday 10am- 4pm. No minimum spend required.

Returns

14 days to return any unwanted or damaged goods.

Refunds and unwanted goods will only be credited when the goods are returned by the buyer and inspected.  The goods must be unopened and all in their original packaging, with no damage and in a re-sellable.

Any goods returned after the 14 day limit will be subject to a restocking charge of 25%.

It is the sellers discretion whether we offer a refund or credit.
